Key Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry to join our team.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.
* Main Responsibilities:
o In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory.
o Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
o Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
o Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
o Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
o Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications
* Position Requirements:
o Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
o Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
o Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
o Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
o Project management skills.
o Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
