As part of our strategic growth in Serbia, we are looking for a capable and experienced Sales Representative to join us and support market development in the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage local distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in the relevant hardware industry; Promote MEIDE’s products and brands; Identify and pursue business opportunities in potential projects; Lead the full sales cycle: customer identification, presentations, quotations, contract negotiation, and after-sales follow-up; Build long-term relationships with contractors, project consultants and resellers; Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to optimize strategy and product offerings; Coordinate with internal departments including technical, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 2~3 years of sales experience in a related industry (e.g., pipes, valves, pumps); Proven ability to independently develop distribution channels and major accounts; Good understanding of the local construction materials and infrastructure market; Fluent in Portuguese and English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus; Excellent skills in business development, communication, and relationship management; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or related fields; Willingness to travel as needed within Brazil.
