Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
* SOURCE, SCREEN, AND ENGAGE CANDIDATES for a variety of technical and non-technical roles
* MANAGE FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN TALENT PIPELINES FOR HIGH-DEMAND POSITIONS
* ENSURE A SMOOTH AND TIMELY CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
* STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF IT ROLES, TECHNOLOGIES, AND INDUSTRY TRENDS
* FAMILIARITY WITH BOTH TECHNICAL AND NON-TECHNICAL PROFILES
* SOLID SOURCING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WITH LINKEDIN RECRUITER, JOB BOARDS, AND OTHER SOURCING TOOLS
