Flex is seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Editor to produce engaging short-form content for social media platforms.
You'll work with raw UGC footage, creator material, and internal content to create fun, compelling videos that fit modern platform styles.
This is a hands-on creative role focused on fast iteration, great storytelling, and understanding platform-native video styles.
* Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and social platforms
* Add captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and styling
* Produce multiple variations of each concept
* Work with creators and team members
* Organize files and meet weekly targets
* Stay up-to-date with current trends and formats
