Program Lead - Software Development
A high-performing Program Lead is required to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Manage daily operations, provide mentorship, and drive high performance in a dynamic environment.
* Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Agile Project Management: Oversee sprints, backlogs, and work items, track user stories and epics, and facilitate regular team meetings.
* Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Qualifications:
* Fluent English Language Proficiency
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
* Minimum 8 Years of IT Project Management Experience in Agile Environments
