Support and maintain the provision of manual access to the enterprise's identity management access control and directory services.
Work with team members to provide technical assistance required and train new team members using SOPs and other technical documents.
Monitor incident and service request queues daily and assign tickets to team members based on their expertise level and bandwidth.
Manage the backlog by monitoring daily inflow and planning to keep it under control.
Create weekly and monthly reports on tickets and send them to the lead customer and the leadership team.
Manage the process of granting, modifying, and revoking access rights to systems, applications, and data.
Monitor and audit user access rights to detect any unauthorized changes or inconsistencies.
Investigate reports and resolve any identity and access-related incidents or breaches.
Review and update existing SOPs and develop new ones as required for the entire team.
Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Configure and own the UAM application and its implementation for the relevant functional area.
Drive the centralization of UAM activities across applications for all user sets.
