* 1–3 years of experience in Business Sales or Outbound reach.
* Fluent English (C1+) – clear, natural communication in professional settings.
* Familiarity with established sales frameworks, such as SPIN Selling or BANT.
* Tech-savvy, organized, multitasking skills, and high reliability.
