Job Title: HR Service Delivery Specialist
This role involves developing and maintaining HR applications within the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the HRSD module.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing workflows for efficient HR operations, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions, and customizing HR case management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and other HRSD functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the HRSD module
* Good understanding of other processes and modules, such as ITSM, SPM, Resource Management
* Experience working with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
* Basic understanding of databases and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations within ServiceNow
* Experience with update sets, source control, and deployment processes in ServiceNow
