Job Description:

The role of a Podcast Producer involves overseeing the entire production process of a weekly interview podcast.

* Guest Communication & Outreach

Effective communication with guests is crucial from initial outreach to post-episode follow-up.

* Episode Planning & Production

Preparing episode briefs and host prep sheets, attending live recordings, reviewing raw audio/video, and providing clear edit notes are essential responsibilities.

* Editing Coordination

Send editors clear, accurate, and time-stamped cut notes for efficient editing.

1. Publishing & Show Management

Write show notes, descriptions, summaries, and timestamps, upload weekly episodes to our hosting platform, and track performance metrics.

2. Marketing & Promotion Support

Coordinate with the social media team, identify promotional opportunities, and support the creation of audiograms and reels.
