Responsibilities
* Evaluate existing production methods to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
* Develop and implement improved production systems, incorporating new technologies and best practices
* Ensure that antennas meet industry standards and specifications
* Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and production managers to enhance overall efficiency
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields
* Proven experience in process engineering, including analysis and optimization of production processes
* Project management experience
* Proficiency in process engineering software
* Familiarity with CAD and AutoCAD
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Communication and teamwork skills
* Focus on continuous improvement and implementation of best practices
