Job Title: IT SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled IT specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, systems administration or similar roles preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms.Support deploying and integrating new productivity and collaboration tools including project management tools and AI-driven solutions.Monitor and maintain endpoint security including antivirus, firewalls and multi-factor authentication.Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup and disaster recovery planning.Document processes, create user guides and train staff on new technologies and best practices.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems and networks for all employees.
