Acts as the central point for progress monitoring and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).Track progress against baseline schedules and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.Prepare cost forecasts, variance reports, and earned value analyses.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on deadlines.Support management with data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
