We are looking for a Senior Python Developer, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will Backend & APIs Design and develop RESTful APIs in Python (FastAPI or Django REST Framework) to support operational workflows and result tracking. Model and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL) with emphasis on auditability, traceability, and historical integrity. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend services. Integrate with external systems through third‑party APIs. AI Agents & LLMs Integrate LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to support operational decision‑making. Implement RAG pipelines (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) over operational histories. Ensure explainability, governance, and traceability of AI‑generated recommendations. Data Engineering Build ETL/ELT pipelines for ingestion and transformation of operational data. Define and maintain data models (entities such as opportunities, strategies, market parameters). Support analytics stakeholders with structured data for dashboards and strategic reporting. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across datasets. Mandatory Skills Strong experience with Python backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). Experience with relational data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and advanced SQL. Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs and AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen). Solid understanding of REST API design and software engineering best practices. Experience with PostgreSQL. Ability to read and work with technical documentation in English. Desirable Skills Experience in the energy sector, especially power markets, free market (ACL), or trading desks. Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Prefect, Airflow, or Temporal. Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector. Experience with observability tools (Logs, Metrics, Tracing).
