An international company in the digital infrastructure and connectivity sector is looking for a Manager of Brand, Communications & Market Intelligence to lead the design and execution of its regional strategy across Latin America.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how the company is perceived in the market, managing its brand governance, external communications, PR strategy, and digital channels — while also embedding market insights and competitive intelligence into high-impact decision-making.
What You'll Do
• Lead brand governance and ensure narrative consistency across multiple countries and platforms
• Design and implement PR strategies, digital communication plans, and executive thought leadership programs
• Manage corporate communications in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
• Integrate customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to guide positioning
• Oversee regional PR agencies, digital platforms (web, LinkedIn, YouTube), and newsroom updates
• Drive strategic storytelling aligned with enterprise segments such as telecom, cloud, cybersecurity, and data centers
• Partner with HR to support internal communications and employer branding efforts
• Serve as a trusted advisor in crisis communications and reputation management
What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, or strategic marketing
• Proven leadership in multinational or regional PR & communications, ideally in telecom or tech
• Native-level fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese – verbal and written
• Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater, Salesforce)
• Strong ability to translate complex market insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
