Position: Training Coordinator
This role supports our customers in coordinating training session delivery and working closely with their learning delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs, determine session numbers, and initiate requests for creation, modification, completion, or cancellation.
* Organize sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with teams for changes/updates in training events.
* Follow up for attendance and invoicing as needed.
* Ensure adherence to workflows and processes using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Experience working in an international environment.
* Customer service-oriented approach and ability to communicate effectively.
* Team player with attention to detail, structured, and organized.
* Knowledge of CRM systems.
* Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
