Key Responsibilities Ensure high-quality, efficient, and robust code. Terraform & AWS Management: LeverageTerraform to define and provision our AWS infrastructure. Setup, configure, and optimize AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) witha focus on security and scalability. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deploymentstrategies, and system monitoring. Collaborate onarchitectural decisions, ensuring reliability and performance. Act as a reference pointfor best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving approaches. Coach and guide other developers, promoting a culture ofcontinuous learning. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Properly document all code, infrastructure configurations,and processes. Facilitate the hand-off of knowledge to teammembers to ensure long-term maintainability. Problem-Solving & Autonomy: Independently tacklechallenges, from debugging complex issues to creating newfunctionality with minimal oversight. Make logical,data-driven decisions that balance speed and quality. What Success Looks Like First 3Months: Rapidly deliver multiple backlog items withminimal supervision. Integrate smoothly into the team andbegin establishing yourself as a go-to expert. First 6Months: Emerge as a key driver in moving the organizationforward, consistently contributing high-quality deliverables. Demonstrate effective problem-solving, and guide peers inadopting best practices. First Year: Becomea vital reference for team members, setting high standards in codequality and efficiency. Actively replicate our culture,ensuring new developers align with our values and practices. Required Skills & Qualification: Terraform Proficiency: Capable of starting aproject from scratch and managing AWS infrastructure as code. AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS admin interfaces,security best practices, and DevOps workflows. Team &Communication Skills: Excellent collaborator with strongcommunication; comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Self-Starter Mentality: Able to excel in a fast-pacedenvironment with minimal guidance, proactively seeking solutions. English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communicationin English. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Demonstrated experience launching products from scratch(bonus if they scaled to multiple users). Preferred Experiences (Nice-to-Have): AI/MLFamiliarity: Willingness to learn AI concepts; prior experience is aplus but not mandatory. Entrepreneurial/CTO Background:Experience creating a startup or serving in a leadership role (CTO,tech lead, etc.). Achievements: Such as winning codingcompetitions, contributing to open-source projects, or holdingadvanced certifications.
