**Founding Product Designer Opportunity**
This role is a unique chance to shape the core product experience from the ground floor.
You will have direct influence over user experience and product decisions, working closely with real users to solve meaningful problems in patient care.
This is an ideal position for a UX/UI or product designer who thrives in ambiguity and iteration, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes.
As the only designer, you'll be an early voice in product direction, owning the design foundation for future hires and product scale-up.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process – from research through prototyping
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries
**Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with advanced/fluent English skills
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc)
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
* Strong ownership mentality
**Bonus Points For:
* Having Engineering experience developing SaaS applications
