Job Description
Broad experience in cloud computing and implementation, senior resources with hands-on expertise to configure Oracle Cloud Financial Modules. They have a good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle Cloud and are able to work independently with customers. The role requires agile working and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities
* Financial Module Support: Provide support for Oracle Cloud Financial Modules, ensuring seamless operation and resolving any issues that arise.
* Issue Resolution: Collaborate with users to understand and resolve issues efficiently.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Oracle's Global Support team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth issue resolution.
* Period Close Activities: Participate in period close activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
