Tasks
* Lead the development and architecture of Power Apps Model-driven applications
* Coordinate and support technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Design and implement Dataverse structures and business logic with Plugins
* Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to enterprise standards
* Interact with stakeholders to define and align technical solutions with business needs
* Guide the implementation of accessibility standards and CI/CD practices when applicable
* Promote best practices and mentor other developers across Power Platform initiatives
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience working with Power Platform, including complex enterprise projects
* Proven experience leading technical Power Apps teams over long-term engagements
* Advanced knowledge of Power Apps Model-driven, Dataverse, and Plugins
* Solid understanding of PowerApps architecture and delivery models
* Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (advanced level)
* Nice to have: experience with Canvas Apps, Accessibility in Power Apps, and CI/CD pipelines
