Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the project initiation, understanding the process in which the project will be applied and gathering the necessary requirements. - Gather essential documentation and information needed for the project initiation. - Develop or assist in the development of the project work plan, in accordance with IT legislation. - Maintain daily interface with project team members. - Lead internal resources, capacity, and tool requirements to support the project. - Ensure that tools, systems, and equipment are available for the development team. - Conduct project meetings, including KickOff, requirements gathering, daily meetings with the development team, deliverables presentation to the management team, and user training sessions. - Ensure that project development is executed as planned in the Work Plan. - Prepare reports for project accountability. - Provide essential information on the project status and progress to the Client/Program Manager. - Maintain communication with partner institutes. - Resolve issues and remove obstacles to keep the project on track. - Ensure that Jabil’s processes and policies are being followed. - Prepare technical documentation at the project completion. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements: - Leadership and coordination skills for development teams. - Leadership of project deliverables and schedules. - Assertive communication between the client, development team, and management team. - Basic knowledge of IT legislation governing Research and Development. - Ability to write technical reports. - Risk analysis and management skills. - English communication skills.Knowledge of SMT processes.
