We partner with leading global enterprises across e-commerce, retail, fashion, and beyond. We are now looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our Implementation Team. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring successful customer projects, coordinating between teams, and keeping initiatives on track to deliver measurable value for our clients. What You’ll Do: - Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans and timelines - Define project deliverables in collaboration with our solutions architects and customers. - Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication of updates, risks, and changes. - Monitoring & Reporting Track project performance using appropriate tools - Measure project success against objectives and KPIs. - Prepare and present progress reports and documentation - Process Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes. - Promote best practices in planning, execution, and reporting. Requirements: - 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled services. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. - Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Notion). - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
