About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our exciting start-up team on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and their needs
* Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts
* Designing visually appealing and responsive user interfaces
* Iterating designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
* Documenting design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration
Requirements for this role include:
* At least five years of experience as a UI/UX designer
* Experience in making designs for the web
* Experience with Figma
* Experience with Jira would be an advantage
* Working closely with development teams
* Experience applying UI/UX Design in an agile process
The successful candidate will have a passion for creativity in their work, take on a proactive, hands-on approach, and have a proven track-record of working closely with developers to come up with a pixel-perfect solution.
