Senior IT Director Role

* Lead and manage technical teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
* Develop, maintain, and execute strategic project plans, ensuring timely completion and within scope
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on application/software development
* Oversee team operations, guaranteeing tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Fluent English
* Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile environment
* Hands-on development or coding expertise
* Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts
