About The Role
The Regional Strategy Specialist will report to the Head of Regional Strategy and play a central role in supporting the Regional Presidency Department in driving business analysis, market studies, and supporting the deployment of regional “must‑win battles” initiatives. This position works closely with the Regional President and provides operational and strategic support to the Regional Leadership Team, ensuring alignment across divisions (Planetary Health and Food & Beverages) and facilitating the successful execution of key regional strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Narratives: Work closely with the Head of Regional Strategy, Regional President, and divisional leaders (Planetary Health and Food & Beverages) to design and execute comprehensive growth strategies for the region. Conduct market studies, competitive analyses, and provide insights to inform data‑driven decision‑making.
Support to the Regional Leadership Team (RLT): Assist in organizing and supporting RLT meetings by preparing agendas, pre‑read materials, and follow‑up action plans, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments. Oversee the deployment of “must‑win battles” initiatives, including monitoring progress, identifying risks, and suggesting actionable solutions.
Internal and External Communication: Develop high‑quality presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal leadership meetings and external engagements, ensuring that information is clear, concise, and impactful.
Plan and coordinate internal and external corporate events to foster team engagement and align with regional strategic goals. Manage administrative tasks related to budget, procurement, and payments for the Regional Presidency Office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or other STEM courses.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus due to regional operations.
Knowledge of the Planetary Health and Food & Beverages industries is highly desirable, especially in the context of market drivers.
Experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement in multinational environments.
Familiarity with research and analysis tools to conduct market studies and competitive benchmarking.
Experience working in executive‑level support roles with exposure to corporate governance and cross‑functional initiatives.
Strategic planning and execution experience.
Advanced‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive‑level presentations and summaries.
