We are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key link between our clients, partners, and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to help users throughout their experience on our platform, ensuring they can communicate smoothly and receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
* Provide frontline support to clients during account registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general platform use.
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
* Monitor and resolve issues related to account access, transactions, and platform functionality, escalating when necessary.
* Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-up and a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate client and partner information in CRM systems.
* Support service campaigns focused on client satisfaction, retention, and community engagement.
* Track common questions and issues to help improve internal processes and FAQs.
Qualifications:
* 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales support roles.
* Strong communication skills in English (professional level).
* Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented when dealing with customers.
* Comfortable using CRM tools (e.G., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in fintech, digital platforms, or affiliate programs is a plus.
