Marketing Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
Main Objectives:
* Deliver High-Quality Results: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
* Enhance Collaboration: Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work effectively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
