Role Overview
We seek experienced Technical Interviewers from Latin America across various technology domains. As an interviewer, you will leverage your expertise to assess candidates' problem-solving skills, coding abilities, and overall fit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct online technical interviews across multiple technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, detailed assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
* Collaborate with our team to continuously improve interview frameworks.
Experienced Software Developers, Engineers, and Technical Leads residing in Latin America with expertise in one or more of the following domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
Specialized Roles
