Executive Assistant to Founder (Operations & Projects)

Evvolve is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Founder to support day-to-day execution and ensure operations and projects run smoothly. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage multiple workstreams, bring structure to fast-moving priorities, and consistently follow through.
Responsibilities
* Hiring coordination: publish job posts, manage inbound applicants, schedule interviews, maintain a clear pipeline tracker, and handle candidate follow-ups
* Vendor sourcing & coordination: research and shortlist service providers (SEO, tools, agencies, freelancers), coordinate introductory calls, collect quotes, and summarize options and recommendations
* Brand & reputation support: track online mentions and basic sentiment, support press/outreach logistics, and coordinate deliverables with external partners
* Events & logistics: coordinate calendars, bookings, photoshoots, shipments, and event-related logistics as needed
* Founder support: calendar management, reminders, meeting preparation, documentation, and converting requests into clear action items and timelines
Requirements
* Excellent written and spoken English (professional level)
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
* Ability to prioritize effectively and work across multiple tasks in parallel
* Strong research and coordination skills; sound judgment and discretion
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Nice to have
* Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Project Coordinator (startup/agency experience is a plus)
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and basic CRM systems
