As a technical lead, you will manage high-stakes backend operations, automate audit compliance, and guide the team through complex data mapping and environment refreshes. What You Will Do Core Administration:Perform deep-dive backend management ofDB2 LUW(Linux, Unix, Windows) environments. Environment Management:Execute test environment refreshes and manage data flow from Archive (AR) environments into active test streams. Modernization & Migration:Lead the charge in migrating data fromNoSQL to Relationaldatabases, focusing on complex data mapping, relationship building, and schema design. Cloud & NoSQL:Manage tasks related toAWS RDSandNoSQLplatforms, ensuring high availability and performance. Automation & Compliance:Develop automation scripts for audit compliance and security protocols. Performance Tuning:Act as the subject matter expert for advancedSQL tuningand database optimization. Mentorship:Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior and mid-level engineers. Required Qualifications Language:Native or professional fluency in bothEnglish and Portugueseis mandatory. Mainframe DB2 LUW Expertise in DB2 LUW:Extensive experience in backend DB2 LUW administration (not just interfacing via apps).
