Marketing Senior Specialist
Location: Argentina

We are the marketing team and we are looking for a person to join us. You will work with a regional team, so openness to other cultures is important! Responsibilities include developing, executing, and reporting on comprehensive and integrated marketing campaigns, as well as innovative projects highlighting marketing impact.
This includes managing communications with other teams, primarily the Sales team, building local marketing plans, executing marketing programs, and acting as a local contact for partner marketing, user groups, or regional associations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to optimize strategies, collaborating with the sales team to meet goals.
3. Develop and implement cluster ABM strategies to engage and grow middle enterprise clusters.
4. Manage marketing resources and budgets for effective deployment.
5. Align marketing activities with senior management and understand the sales cycle, focusing on business opportunity development.
6. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Maintain effective communication with suppliers, agencies, customers, and industry associations.
8. Ensure alignment between global strategies and local implementation to maintain brand coherence.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Over 5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in IT companies.
3. Deep understanding of Argentine, Chile, and Perú markets and global marketing strategies.
4. Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities.
5. Solid understanding of market segmentation, strategy, planning, and execution.
6. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
7. Effective resource management, prioritization, and deadline adherence.
8. Familiarity with business application systems or ability to learn quickly.
9. Comfort with learning and leveraging product/campaign information rapidly.
10. Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of preparing presentations and speaking to groups.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience with product launches, brand management, stakeholder engagement.
2. Knowledge of B2B and ABM marketing strategies.
3. Understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media.

Responsibilities
Meet with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plans, participate in pipeline reviews, develop and implement tactical marketing programs, support onsite execution, track lead flow, manage budgets, and measure ROI.
