We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Marketing Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is a unique blend of graphic design and motion graphics, focused on creating visually stunning and effective assets for our digital advertising and email marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what drives performance in digital channels and will be an expert at translating brand guidelines and marketing goals into compelling visual content.Responsibilities*Design and Video Production:Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of graphical assets for digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic display ads. This includes video, static images, carousels, animated GIFs, and other rich media.Produces short-form video content for social media and digital ad campaigns, including vertical video (Facebook, Instagram) and horizontal video.Design and produce high-quality graphical assets for email marketing campaigns, including hero images, banner ads, and other in-email graphics that align with campaign messaging.Creative Strategy & Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the marketing team, including digital marketing managers, copywriters, and strategists, to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital design, video production, and advertising platforms.Iterate on designs and videos based on performance data and A/B test results to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Brand & Asset Management:Maintain the brand identity for numerous clients, ensuring strict adherence to each brand's unique style guide, tone, and visual standards.Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital marketing materials for every client.Organize and manage a library of digital assets, including images, videos, logos, and design files, for each client account.Project Management:Manage multiple projects for different clients simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.Present design concepts and rationale to both the internal team and client stakeholders.QualificationsExperience:Solid professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for digital marketing.Proven experience in video production and editing, specifically for digital advertising.Demonstrated experience in working with and upholding brand standards for multiple clients or major corporations.Technical Skills:Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is required.Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus.Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and an understanding of their creative specifications.Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles for both static and motion design.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to manage a wide range of brand guidelines.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.A proactive and creative problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing.Bonus PointsExperience with 3D design or animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).A solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR, ROAS).*To Apply:*Please submit your resume, a cover letter, and a link to your online portfolio.
