**About the team**:
We are looking for an intern to work as part of the Latin America IT team which is currently present in 10 countries. Our team works to provide support services to internal SAP users and improve processes and technology projects. We consist of 20 team members and are looking for an intern with good communication skills, very organized and with the willingness to learn and eagerness to help in order to add value to our daily lives.
**What you’ll do**:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - IT Team Administrative Assistant
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
**In this role, you’ll**:
- Prepare team Video Newsletter, organizing its agenda and editing those videos
- Conduct data analysis and organization for reports and surveys
- Maintain constant communication with the Latin America and Caribbean IT team
- Conduct follow-up on trainings and other activities
- Team meeting note taker utilizing OneNote
- Help the team keep tasks up to date through Microsoft Planner and SharePoint
- Keep points of contact to ensure the team responsibilities are updated (NIP, Responsibilities Matrix, Power Apps reports)
- Organizing the manager’s inbox and agenda
**Who you are**:
- Undergraduate students in Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Secretarial or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
- Advanced English and Portuguese written and spoken skills and preferably Spanish as well.
- Good understanding of MS Office 365 and modern-day workplace tools
- SharePoint knowledge desirable but not mandatory
- PowerPoint presentation edition skills
- IT knowledge desirable but not mandatory
- Good writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Desire to learn
