Basic Qualifications
* 7+ years of direct sales experience in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS solutions
* 10+ years of business development or alliance management experience
* Success selling to C-level manufacturing executives
* Understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies (MES, ERP, Industrial IoT)
* Consistent achievement of revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years building partner ecosystems
* Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital twins, AI/ML in manufacturing
* Experience with sustainability initiatives in manufacturing
* Advanced degree or relevant certifications
