The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with academic experts to create engaging educational content that utilizes JoVE videos to enhance learning experiences.
* Provide daily support to users through calls, emails, and demos to ensure they derive maximum value from their JoVE subscription.
* Boost product adoption by presenting at exhibits, conferences, seminars, workshops, and onsite customer visits.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates should possess:
* A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Detailed knowledge of education, market trends, and challenges in Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology.
