ServiceNow Technical Specialist - Complex Integration Expert
Duration: Long-term contract with flexible working hours.
Location: Remote work setup from anywhere in the world.
We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Specialist to lead complex integrations and drive digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and ServiceNow, with expertise in developing customized applications using ServiceNow AppEngine.
* Very senior specialist in complex integrations with high volume data. Nice to have knowledge in HRSD and App Engine.
* ITOM specialist in Discovery and Service Mapping, with expertise in refactoring large-scale systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with cross-functional teams and clients to implement ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
* Develop scoped applications that utilize all ServiceNow platform functionality.
* Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish operating models for technology based on next-generation technologies and evolving service models.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 8-10+ years overall experience in IT and 4+ years specializing in ServiceNow.
* Expertise in custom application development using ServiceNow, including scripting, web services, and integration hub.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model 4.0 (CSDM 4).
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
