We're seeking a skilled Outreach Specialist to join our high-growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing proactive outreach strategies across multiple channels to deliver top-tier talent in Technology, Product Management, and Executive Search.
Main Responsibilities
* Create high-quality opportunities for our Managing Director through outbound outreach efforts.
* Develop meaningful relationships with hiring leaders at mid-market companies (100–5,000 employees) across the U.S.
This is a high-volume, phone-led, metrics-driven role—best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to position consulting services effectively.
Key Accountabilities
1. Own the top of the funnel for all outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
2. Conduct thorough research and segment leads using data tools and LinkedIn Premium.
3. Execute daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging campaigns.
4. Book qualified meetings with decision-makers.
5. Monitor pipeline progress through CRM systems.
6. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and strategic alignment.
7. Continuously improve outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data.
