 
        
        As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through emotion-led ad creative. Our most effective ads evoke nostalgia and create an emotional connection – the message is conveyed through the visuals, pacing, and music, not lengthy copy.
You will collaborate with editors and user-generated content (UGC) creators to develop, test, and scale high-performing video concepts for Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and implement visual creative strategies from concept to delivery.
 * Partner with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints to deliver high-quality results.
 * Maintain a repository of winning references and trend formats.
 * Coordinate access to whitelisted influencer assets as needed.
Qualifications:
 * A proven track record of creating video ads that drive conversions (please share links or reels).
 * A keen sense of music selection, timing, and visual storytelling.
 * Comfortable working with data: able to analyze dashboards and make informed decisions.
 * Experience with UGC and short-form paid social advertising (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
 * Ability to craft clear briefs, facilitate fast iterations, and demonstrate low ego/high ownership.
