Title: Manufacturing Controller (4 days at site, 1-day home office)
Location : Rua Soluções do Lar, 407 - Rio Cotia, Cotia - SP,, Brasil
We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Controller to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making at our industrial site in Cotia.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, combines strong financial expertise with operational understanding, and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders.
What you’ll do
* Own and validate monthly closings, ensuring accurate reflection of business performance
* Analyze and challenge profitability and cash performance, identifying improvement opportunities
* Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, and Business leaders to drive financial results
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
* Identify financial risks and support mitigation strategies
* Support negotiations with key customers and suppliers when needed
* Prepare and present financial insights to leadership
* Lead and develop a team of 3 senior analysts
What we’re looking for
* 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing / industrial finance roles
* Strong background in financial controlling, costing, and performance analysis
* Experience working with ERP systems (implementation or migration is a plus)
* Proven ability to work in a hands-on, operational role (not purely strategic)
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
* Fluent English required | Spanish is a plus
