Senior Product Designer
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Designer who can lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex software products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and customer needs;
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fast-paced startup environments;
* Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions;
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
