Job Description
The Analyst will provide support for the processing of computer hardware and peripherals. This includes handling service requests, analyzing details, and taking appropriate action. The role also involves extracting data from asset databases and preparing timely reports. Additionally, the Analyst will lend support for various ad-hoc initiatives and projects undertaken by the leadership.
The Analyst will work closely with the onshore teams, clients, and users to resolve issues and improve process efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency, take ownership of tasks, and adhere to agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in handling tickets on a ticket management tool such as BMC Remedy, HP IT Service Manager, or Service Now.
* Knowledge of asset management is an added advantage.
* Understanding of IT Service Management concepts such as SLA, OLA, etc.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency.
