Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to build pipeline, generate qualified opportunities, and drive outbound engagement through LinkedIn. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, combining data, messaging, and outreach strategy to connect with high-intent prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and meetings
Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICP) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
Craft personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups that drive engagement
Manage multi-touch outreach sequences and track performance metrics
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting
Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline in CRM systems
Monitor LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to improve performance
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR/BDR, or outbound sales (LinkedIn-focused preferred)
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting strategies
Excellent written communication and personalization skills
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve campaign performance
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Self-starter with a bias toward action and results
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or enterprise sales
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., outreach platforms, sequencing tools)
Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
