We are seeking high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who excel at building relationships, making phone calls, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings. Additionally, they will utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and organize sales activities.
 * Main Responsibilities:

 * Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
 * Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
 * Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
 * Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Bilingual English speaker with 2-4 years of experience in high-paced environments.
 * Proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results.
 * Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients.
 * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
 * Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
