Responsibilities:
1、Design delivery strategies to ensure delivery experience, including on-time delivery rate, NPS, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment rate.
2、Create differentiated rider evaluation plans based on various capacity types and business models to ensure service quality during fulfillment.
3、Continuously improve rider performance through training, incentives, and control systems to reduce violations.
4、Monitor and analyze delivery-related data, identify problems.
Basic Requirements:
1、Advanced English and Portuguese are preferred.
2、At least 3 years of experience in Logistics apps Operations is desired, and experience in food delivery companies is preferred.
3、Strong problem-solving skills;
4、Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;
5、Master data analysis software;
6、Experience in logistics service control and rider management is a plus
