You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.What you’ll doProject & Workflow ManagementManage multiple social media and content projects simultaneouslyBuild and maintain timelines, trackers, and project statusesEnsure deadlines, deliverables, and approvals are metDefine priorities together with Business LeadsIdentify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, proposing solutions proactivelyOversee projects from briefing to final deliverySocial Media & Content OperationsCoordinate the production flow of social media contentOrganize briefing processes across Business, Creative, and Content teamsManage editorial calendars and publishing schedulesSupport campaigns, Always On initiatives, and real-time contentEnsure timely delivery across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the operational point of contact across internal teamsSupport status meetings, weekly check-ins, and reporting routinesEnsure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverablesHelp structure documentation, processes, and ways of workingProcesses & OperationsImprove workflows, templates, and operational processesOrganize projects using tools like Monday, Notion, Asana, Trello, or similarSupport the creation of project status reportsBring structure and clarity to fast-paced marketing operationsWhat will help you succeed:Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate) Experience with project management in marketing, advertising, or social mediaStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience managing multiple projects and stakeholdersFamiliarity with content production and social media workflowsExperience with project management tools (Monday, Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting prioritiesThis job can be filled in Brazil - São Paulo Hybrid Model*GUT is a business unit within Globant, operating as its creative and marketing division.
