The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex highway engineering projects, coordinating with project teams, clients, and reviewing agencies, and preparing PennDOT PS&E documentation.Responsibilities include leading roadway geometry and plans, pavement marking plans, grading, traffic control, drainage and erosion control plans, permits, project cost estimates, and specifications. The role also involves leading drainage permitting efforts, providing technical guidance, developing budgets, preparing proposals, and managing client relationships with both public and private clients.Required attributes: Experience with PennDOT design criteria, planning and design of engineering projects, working knowledge of MicroStation, AutoCAD, and other engineering software, a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), 8-12 years of experience, and a PA Professional Engineer license.Preferred attributes: Leadership skills, team management experience, familiarity with PennDOT and Turnpike standards, and proficiency in MicroStation, Inroads, OpenRoads, and marketing.Why Pennoni?
