We are seeking a skilled technical professional to lead our team of engineers in delivering innovative solutions for cloud computing and automation.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing systems and services that run on D365 platforms, with a strong focus on driving solutions forward in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solution Design and Engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and engineer systems using Microsoft CRM, Azure features, and .net technologies.
* Requirement Gathering: Interact with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
* Perform Proof of Concept (POC) for new business requirements and work closely with business users to convert POC into working models.
* Creation of process flows, system tasks for requirements, and customization of Microsoft CRM application as per designed artifacts.
* Project Engineer for development and enhancement of Microsoft CRM application, providing oversight to other developers in the team and reviewing their deliverables.
* Support Quality Assurance team during testing processes and assist with defect fixes by correcting Microsoft CRM code.
* Support production systems and analyze/resolve business-critical issues within SLA timelines.
* Evaluate tools and technologies in the market that can improve business processes and benefit customers.
* Manage dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to ensure main D365 systems are up-to-date.
* Create and manage dynamics sandbox/production environments in Power Platform based on project needs.
* Review implementation designs/architect proposed by implementation teams and provide recommendations to ensure best practice guidelines are followed for Dynamics 365.
* Plan and support Dynamics 365 releases with multiple divisions and apply changes.
* Build DevOps pipelines to promote Dynamics customizations to ALM environments and configure them with various stage-based approvals.
* Support production systems and analyze/resolve business-critical issues reported by project teams.
* Configure and manage integrated systems with D365 and Azure integrations.
* Evaluate tools and technologies in the market that can improve business processes and benefit customers.
* Manage dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to ensure main D365 systems are up-to-date.
* Ensure to implement best practices of D365 and define governance for Power Platform systems.
* Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related studies, or equivalent experience.
* Experience with at least two IT disciplines including technical cloud architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.
* Experience with D365.
* Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
