Job Title: Store Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Emerging Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving business results. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales growth.
- Collaborate with external partners to drive business growth and develop community outreach opportunities.
- Ensure proper control of store cash management, including register counts, withdrawals from bank, and inventory management.
- Oversee front-end and pharmacy inventory, completing resets/revisions, and price changes, while analyzing trends to create corrective action plans.
- Develop and implement operational feedback from Store Manager and District Manager through delegation and supervision of team members.
- Ensure that store interior and exterior are clean and presentable, manage repair and maintenance, and respond to emergencies.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their knowledge of computer and technology systems and software.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make fact-based decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
