Graphic Design Expert Role
We're seeking a seasoned graphic designer with exceptional UI and UX skills to join our team.
You'll play a key role in elevating our brand across web and digital platforms, creating premium, high-performing designs at every touchpoint.
* Website Design (UI/UX)
o Design and iterate on landing pages, marketing pages, and full site redesigns.
o Focus on conversions while maintaining a consistent, premium brand experience.
o Apply UX best practices to improve usability and engagement.
* Brand & Marketing Assets
o Create graphics for social media, blog posts, ads, and email campaigns.
o Design lead magnets, eBooks, white papers, and sales materials.
o Edit videos and support campaign branding to ensure cohesion across platforms.
* Campaign & Ad Creative
o Produce high-performing ad creatives for digital and social channels.
o Adapt designs across formats while maintaining visual impact.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
o Ensure clean, detailed handoffs for production.
Requirements
* Expert in Figma – advanced use of components, auto layout, and prototyping.
* Strong UI/UX background – able to wireframe, design, and iterate with speed and quality.
* B2B design experience – ideally with services or SaaS companies.
* Portfolio showcasing: high-converting landing pages, web redesigns for professional B2B brands, marketing graphics, brand system creation and application, skilled in website design and video editing.
