Job Title: Senior Talent Strategist
Serving as a senior talent strategist, you will be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships with clients and partners in Brazil.
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational acumen, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
You will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop and maintain strategic partnerships, offering consultative services and data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, analyzing operational metrics, and influencing the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
Required qualifications include minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, native Portuguese proficiency, and fluency in English.
