Required Skills and Qualifications
* Microsoft Access Development: At least 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft Access.
* Microsoft Access Forms: A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in creating MS Access forms, as well as expertise in SQL and database management.
* HTML: A minimum of 2 years of experience in HTML development.
* SDLC Methodology: Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile software development life cycles.
* JIRA: Familiarity with JIRA project management tool.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
